Tina Armando is an award-winning artist who lives and works in the New Jersey Pine Barrens.

From monotypes and limited-edition prints to original print collages, Tina honors the beauty of complex overlapping boundaries, with a unique blend of realism and the abstract.

Tina’s work has been part of juried group exhibitions in galleries and online, through art centers in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, California, Kentucky, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and Florida. Her work has also shown internationally, in Japan, the Netherlands, and Germany. Tina has had pieces published in The Hand, Contemporary Collage, and First to Find magazines, as well as in exhibition related catalogues and books.

Tina completed coursework in the arts at various institutions, earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. from Temple University in Sociology.  Her experience as a first-generation college student led her to work focused on addressing social inequality.

For ten years she used her training as an Analyst to help various nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia with data analysis and capacity building.  Now she often uses her art work in fundraisers to support organizations and initiatives working towards social good around the world.

In addition to fine art printmaking, Tina spends her days homeschooling her children, exploring outdoors, creating found poetry, and enjoying the chaos of living with six rescue cats.
